Athlete Profile of the Week

John is a 2nd year athlete with the Wolves Men’s Soccer Program who is a local product from the GP Minor Soccer System. John has made the transition to Keeper this season and did so with tremendous success. He now holds the team record for lowest goals against average in a season, by a considerable margin, mainly due to his tremendous athleticism, dedication and work ethic. This is an especially tremendous feat considering the Wolves have had 2 previous keepers named to the ACAC All-conference team prior to this season. John is a tremendous personality that fans just can’t seem to get enough of.

Robert is a 1st year student who hails originally from Germany and comes to the Wolves Men’s Soccer Program via Jasper Place High School in Edmonton. A versatile player who can be effective either as a holding midfielder or defender, Robert offers plenty of assets to the team for present and the future. Robert is one of the hardest workers off the field, constantly looking to improve himself individually for the betterment of the team and the program.
