Placing and Picking up holds

Placing a hold in the NEOS catalogue

With your library card, you can get a book from any library that you find in the NEOS catalogue. You do this by placing a hold on the book:

1. Search our library catalogue for a book
2. Click on Request/Hold This Item found in the catalogue record for the book:

3. Log in using your User ID (Library card barcode) and Pin (last 4 digits of barcode) and choose Grande Prairie Regional College or Grande Prairie Regional College - Fariview Library in the "Pickup at" menu.

Picking up a hold

When your book is available for pickup at the GPRC Library or the Fairview Campus Library, you will receive an email at your GPRC email account. Bring your library card to the Circulation Desk to receive your hold.
